Aida2003 is correct ITW does charge $1.50 for ongoing automatic investments yet the cash purchase fee is zero. If a company is going to charge a fee should it not be the other way around? Has anyone found out why ITW charges for one and not the .....

I enrolled my son's shares with CST recently and it was done the next business day. My guess is that you are looking under the dividend reinvestment link....it won't show it there. You have to look under "Payment History". At the .....

You could wire.......it is costly though. Looking at $40-50 per wire from Canada.

The BofA account has to be setup in person and a Canadian passport and a Canadian mailing address will suffice. The only time you would have to go to the branch would be to deposit funds.

All shares have been sold.
