You guys are doing VERY WELL to pay off in 15 years.
Actually we bought a very very inexpensive home intentionally ($108,000) so we could pay it off in 5 years.
My bank would have preferred we got a $250,000 mortgage and if we did we couldn't have paid off in 5 years.
A bit of a sacrifice on our part, but seemed worth it to us
My husband and I are D.I.N.K.'s which makes it much easier :)
