Due to the Wonders of dividend growth, dividend yields increase over the years. For example, EMA @ $21.22 in June 2007 has the following yields (on original purchase price):
17/08/2009~4.769%
16/08/2010~5.325%
15/08/2011~6.126%
15/11/2011~6.362%

The little increase adds up.
